Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Dentist to join our clinic in McAllen, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in dental care while contributing to the professional development of students in a clinical classroom setting. The role is designed to integrate patient care with educational excellence, ensuring a dual impact on community health and student learning.

Responsibilities
  • Perform dental procedures on live patients, with students observing and assisting under supervision.
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, including gum disease and tooth decay.
  • Conduct preventive services, caps, bridges, fillings, basic extractions, and dentures.
  • Refer complex cases to specialists (orthodontists, oral maxillofacial surgeons).
  • Supervise and mentor students effectively in a structured educational environment.
  • Maintain a patient‑focused approach while fostering a professional and educational environment.
  • Work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with structured schedule and fully functioning lab.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Dentist in the State of Texas and the United States.
  • Specialization in oral health with a proven track record of clinical excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive dental procedures, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and basic extractions.
  • Proficiency in referring complex cases to specialists.
  • Exceptional chairside manner and ability to interact professionally with patients, students, and staff.
  • Commitment to integrity, patience, and mentorship in a clinical and educational setting.
  • Experience working within a structured and collaborative healthcare environment.
