Due to continued expansion and patient demand, we are seeking a full‑time Associate Plastic Surgeon to join our McAllen location.

This is a high‑volume, high‑satisfaction surgical role designed for a growth‑minded aesthetic surgeon who wants to focus on operating, not hospital politics.

You will practice out of a fully accredited surgery center with complete clinical and administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional outcomes.

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
• Aesthetic‑focused, comfortable with face, breast, and body procedures
• Texas medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Team‑oriented, growth‑minded, and patient‑centered

• Base salary: $400,000–$450,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Production bonus: 30% of collections after overhead
• Top earners exceed $700,000+ annually
• Partnership track available after 2 years (mutual fit required)
