Priority Listing Private FAMILY Educator

We are a warm, intentional private family seeking an experienced Waldorf-trained early childhood educator to guide the education of twin toddlers in our home and while traveling. This is not a traditional nanny role, but a dedicated educational position rooted in Waldorf principles. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of early childhood development, a love for rhythm and seasonal flow, and the ability to create a calm, imaginative, nature‑based learning environment wherever we are.

Responsibilities include establishing daily and seasonal rhythms, decorating and caring for classroom, upholding a pre‑approved curriculum, leading circle time, storytelling, creative play, handwork and practical life activities while supporting social‑emotional development and gentle guidance.

Our family travels periodically (domestic and international), and we are seeking someone who can provide continuity, grounding and beauty in the children’s educational experience across settings. The right person is warm, emotionally attuned, organized, and confident adapting Waldorf pedagogy to new environments. Formal Waldorf training and several years of experience in the classroom or private setting are required. We value collaboration, long‑term commitment (at least 1‑2 years), and a shared reverence for children.
