Job Description PRIMARY PURPOSETo provide leadership, supervision, and coordination in the implementation and evaluation of special education services; to promote a positive working relationship, among and between staff and the schools, by establishing a climate conducive to open communication and supporting a student learning framework that focuses on rigorous instruction, emotional intelligence and competitive job skills.
QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification- Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field, required
- Texas Mid-Management, Supervisor’s Certificate in Special Education or Principal’s Certificate, preferred
Communicate effectively (verbal and written); utilize effective interpersonal skills; interpret data, federal and state laws and policies; organize multiple and complex district wide projects; demonstrate a working knowledge of instructional programs for students with disabilities; manage budgets and personnel, preferred
Experience- Three (3) years of experience as a classroom teacher in special education, required
- Three (3) years of experience in Special Ed Evaluation, Behavior / Related Service, preferred

Daily Rate pay range- Minimum: $366.97
- Maximum: $512.01
Special Education Homebound Teacher, Adaptive PE, Visually Impaired Teachers, Speech Pathologists and Assistants, Diagnosticians, and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology
