FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to facilitate employee development programs focusing on SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of effective adult education techniques, and the ability to analyze session data. Essential functions include leading training sessions, evaluating curriculum, and preparing reports. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in relevant programs and be able to travel up to 40%.
