McAllen Independent School District is seeking Part-Time At-Risk Professional Tutors for the 2026-27 school year. Tutors will work 3-4 hours per day across 180 days, providing targeted instruction in core subjects to students not showing adequate progress and offering enrichment activities as needed.
Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications; a Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Texas teaching certificate increases eligibility.
