Vantage Bank is seeking a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Analyst to join our team in McAllen, Texas. This role is critical in supporting our fintech operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking operations or compliance. We value individuals who demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of payment systems and operations.
