A leading ABA therapy provider in McAllen, Texas is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training to support early intervention for children with autism. In this role, you will supervise therapy sessions, implement treatment plans, and work closely with BCBA’s in a collaborative setting. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited master's program and ready to accumulate supervision hours. This position offers a guaranteed minimum of 32-40 hours per week, competitive pay, and multiple benefits including paid health insurance and a BCBA pass bonus.
