Are you an experienced LVN looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

• Assessing patients’ ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and need for services that allow them to remain out of the hospital
• Working with the ABD (aged, blind, disabled) population
• Telephonic position located in the McAllen Superior office

• LVN license
• LTC or Home Health experience
• Experience working with the Aged, Blind and Disabled population (SSI patients on disability)
• Experience coordinating services and knowledge of community/government‑funded services in the area
• Strong candidate will have experience coordinating services, assessing ADLs and evaluating what is needed to keep patient living safely at home/out of hospital.

Hours for this Position:

• Monday‑Friday
• Mon‑Fri 7:30AM‑6:00PM (for now, this OT might change in the future, but for now, need to be available for those hours)
