Role OverviewWe are currently seeking an Outreach Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.
Responsibilities- Build strong, long‑term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions.
- Represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies, campaigns, and presentations.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs.
- Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population.
- Partner closely with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication between PHS and external healthcare professionals.
- Track and analyze market trends, referral data, and growth opportunities to help shape business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare sales, outreach, or referral development experience (pediatric home care, nursing, infusion, or nutrition strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, case managers, and community stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve growth goals.
- Passion for patient‑centered care and a mission‑driven approach to helping children and families.
Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high‑quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of our clients are aged birth through 21 years old and may use a trach, ventilator or G‑tube.
