Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in McAllen, TX, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include data analysis, supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent education and training, and collaborating with families and professionals to promote positive outcomes. The role also involves ensuring ethical and high-quality service delivery aligned with best practices in ABA.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in Behavior Management and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies
  • Expertise in Parent Education and collaboration with families to achieve treatment goals
  • Background in Psychology or a related field, with a thorough understanding of behavior principles
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Ability to analyze data to guide treatment decisions and evaluate progress
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays is an advantage
