• Support functions necessary to accomplish the department's objective, including telephone support, patient accounting, clinical support, patient scheduling, registration, and patient discharge.
• Fluctuate across clinical operational hours as required.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality in all patient and internal documents.
• Travel to satellite locations by vehicle or plane when needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Float to other clinics as required.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices, compliance, and integrity.
• Follow dress code and customer service standards set by the hospital.
• Display thoroughness and dependability.
• Show excellent organizational skills.
• Be detail oriented and manage multiple tasks in a busy medical office environment.
• Communicate and work effectively with patients, families, and physicians.
• Act as a team member effectively.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within the first 90 days of hire.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
