Part-Time Play Therapist – Evening & Weekend Hours
Bluebonnet Counseling and Assessment Center is seeking a compassionate Play Therapist to join our growing Rio Grande Valley practice. Work with children in a supportive, bilingual environment while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
The Role:- Provide play therapy services to children during evening and weekend hours
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, LPCs, and LCSWs
- Support families in both English and Spanish-speaking communities
We're a thriving counseling and assessment practice serving the Rio Grande Valley, offering psychological evaluations, and evidence-based counseling. Our team is dedicated to improving mental health outcomes in our community.
Requirements:- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Current Texas licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPA, or equivalent)
- Able to bill insurance and Texas Medicaid
- Play therapy certification or willingness to pursue training
- Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) preferred
- Flexible evening and weekend schedule
- Collaborative, supportive clinical environment
