** Pay Range: $18.00 and up*
* ** Shift: Multiple Shifts Available*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Provide onsite first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
+ Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.
+ Greet employees and customers at the support desk and provide in-person troubleshooting and walk-up service.
+ Log, track, and resolve support tickets following established service-level agreements (SLAs).
+ Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, network connectivity, and user accounts.
** What's Needed?*
* + 1-3 years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or technical customer service.
+ Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common applications.
+
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office applications, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in-person with professionalism and patience.
+ Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
