You'll have the opportunity to solve complex problems across Windows servers, networking infrastructure, and end-user systems, all while building meaningful relationships with clients and internal teams. You are a reliable and communicative IT professional who excels in providing Tier I and II consultative support, adept at troubleshooting Windows server and networking issues while ensuring seamless client interactions. Your strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach enable you to effectively coordinate with account teams and deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Provide tier I and II consultative client support
• Assist clients in troubleshooting Windows server issues such as Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, backup, DR, and common client/server applications including MS Office.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting networking issues related to Meraki VPN/firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and other Internet-related problems.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting workstation, peripheral, and mobile device issues such as Office 365, Windows 10/11, standard and proprietary applications, desktop and laptop hardware, printers, scanners, fax devices, and mobile devices such as iPhone and Android.
• Install, configure, and deploy workstations for end users.
• Coordinate and work with the account team (account manager, escalation engineers, etc) to make recommendations for the client.
• You are able to lift up to 50lbs., pulling cable, tying up wires, crawl on floors to reach equipment, and load equipment.

The candidate must possess a relevant combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions.

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed 100% on-site with a client.

Estimated Starting Wage Range: $33.65 - 36.00 hourly
, less applicable with holdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale;

the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
