Kemper is looking for dedicated, caring bilingual (Spanish/English) professionals to assist clients with questions and changes to their insurance policy. The contact center is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm CST, with rotating Saturdays approximately every 3 weeks. This position will operate on CST hours.
Training will last 6 to 8 weeks, Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm CST. You will review policy information to ensure risk aligns with underwriting guidelines and act as the primary contact for
