Perform general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year experience in general building maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to repair and maintain facilities, including, but not limited to replacing electrical switches and wiring light fixtures.
  • Complete repairs as requested in a timely manner.
