  • Salary Range: $86,079.72 - $, which reflects the full compensation band for the position.
  • Target Hiring Range: $95,000 - $115,000.

  • Ensures compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate food safety and quality standards by consistently inspecting, reviewing, and reinforcing behaviors.
  • Maintains accurate finished goods inventory through rigorous oversight of processes, audits, and daily operational engagement.

  • Conducts end-to-end operational assessments to evaluate gaps, prioritize opportunities, and implement plans that drive business performance.
  • Utilizes Continuous Improvement tools to implement or refine processes that strengthen business continuity, reduce waste, and elevate operational efficiency.
  • Implements or improves visual management tools that monitor KPIs and increase operational transparency.
  • Leverages data and maintains systems to set performance targets, measure outcomes, and identify root cause solutions.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias for action, rapidly testing and implementing ideas that improve warehouse operations and business results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field, preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
  • Experience in computerized warehouse management and transportation management systems.
  • Understanding financial/accounting principles and operational budgeting.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing annual operating plans (P&L).
  • Ability to empower the workforce and build strong teams through hiring, developing, evaluating, training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to define performance measures directly related to business and hold people accountable for such.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build direct relationships with hourly and salaried team members.
  • Excellent customer service focus and results oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
