• 5+ years of multi‑unit retail leadership experience
• Proven success managing high‑volume stores and full P&L responsibility
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing management teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and operational consistency
• Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned district
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to a group of 8–15 retail stores
• Drive revenue growth, expense control, and district profitability
• Recruit, coach, and develop store managers and emerging leaders
• Ensure execution of merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards across all locations
• Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify opportunities and manage risks
• Partner cross‑functionally on talent development, compliance, and shrink reduction
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, customer experience, and high performance
