Del Monte Foods is the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, a global grower, producer and marketer of fresh, value-added, and shelf-stable produce. Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager.

The Warehouse Manager will guide and oversee all warehousing operations for the McAllen, Texas Distribution Center, including shipping, inventory management, financial processes, WMS functionality, safety, personnel leadership, environmental compliance, and security. Drive continuous improvement across all functions while ensuring full adherence to Del Monte policies and procedures, including Quality, Food Safety Systems, FSMA requirements, and the current BRC Standards.

• Deliver superior service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and quality-focused operations.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships that support seamless execution across warehousing, quality, finance, and corporate teams.
• Work with accounting groups to ensure financial goals are properly established and maintained.
• Create a balanced scorecard of metrics and establish routines to review performance with stakeholders.
• Build a stable, positive, and high-performing work environment that encourages teamwork, trust, and shared accountability.

• Serve as a servant‑style leader and coach; actively support employees through hands‑on training, guidance, and development.
• Champion system adherence through proper coaching, on‑floor support, and active reinforcement of expectations.
• Oversee warehouse safety programs and ensure alignment with corporate safety goals through visible leadership and participation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate food safety and quality standards by consistently inspecting, reviewing, and reinforcing behaviors.
• Maintain accurate finished‑goods inventory through rigorous oversight of processes, audits, and daily operational engagement.

• Conduct end-to-end operational assessments to evaluate gaps, prioritize opportunities, and implement plans that drive business performance.
• Utilize Continuous Improvement tools to implement or refine processes that strengthen business continuity, reduce waste, and elevate operational efficiency.
• Implement or improve visual management tools that monitor KPIs and increase operational transparency.
• Leverage data and maintain systems to set performance targets, measure outcomes, and identify root‑cause solutions.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias for action, rapidly testing and implementing ideas that improve warehouse operations and business results.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage all warehousing operations for the McAllen Distribution Center.
• Drive continuous improvement across the McAllen Distribution Center functions.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans (P&L).
• Define performance measures directly related to business operations and ensure accountability.

• 5–10 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
• Bachelor's degree in a supply‑chain related field, preferred
