Job SummaryThe Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating leadership, employee training and development, staff compliance, and a positive work environment.
Essential FunctionsAs a manager/assistant manager working with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed to support business operations, policy, and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
Oversee and monitor methods of sales revenue, including the protection of company assets.
Assist in training and development of new sales associates.
Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in personal computer and company communication tools such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).
Environment & Physical DemandsAbility to consistently lift 10–35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push, pull, or pull in conjunction with a partner.
