Adecco is hiring immediately for a Processor position in McAllen, TX.  Weekly pay starting at $15.00 p/hr.  This is an opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.

* + 2nd

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

+ 3rd

Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

** Pay Rate*
* + Starting at $ 15.00/hr.

** What You'll Do*
* + Read and interpret work orders, formulas, and processing charts

+ Weigh and measure ingredients and binding agents

+ Mix, grind, and process materials into finished or semi-finished components

+ Operate and monitor processing equipment, adjusting controls as needed

+ Clean materials prior to processing

+ Inspect, measure, and test components to meet specifications

+ Enclose components in housing and apply identifying marks

+ Count, sort, and weigh processed items

+ Maintain accurate production and inspection records

+ Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE

+ Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards

** What You Bring*
* + High School Diploma or GED

+ Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts

+ Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

** Eligibility Requirement*
* + Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, national, asylee, or refugee) due to access to export-controlled technology

** Preferred Skills*
* + At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

+ Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement

+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills

+ Commitment to safe work practices
