What you'll do:

* Lead and support teams by coordinating work assignments and sharing resources to meet business priorities.

* Supervise associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and compliance.

* Maintain safety and quality standards by ensuring equipment and supplies are functional and available.

* Manage landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, pest control, and garden maintenance using horticultural methods.

* Utilize technology to complete work orders, maintain records, and support documentation.

* Provide expert advice and guidance to associates, fostering continuous improvement and adherence to policies.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify needs and implement effective facility solutions.

What you'll bring:

* Proven leadership experience in supervising and developing teams within facility or exterior services environments.

* Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, including landscape management, planting, pruning, and pest control.

* Ability to coordinate and execute work assignments while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA and DOT.

* Skilled in using technology to manage work orders, maintain records, and support operational efficiency.

* Excellent communication and coaching skills to provide feedback, training, and support to associates.

* Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and quality standards in all activities.

* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation to resolve issues effectively.
