Brand Ambassador

Duties/Responsibilities:

Brand Promotion:

Represent the Bluewave Express Wash brand at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings.

Engage with potential customers to promote our services and build brand awareness.

Customer Engagement:

Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries about our services and promotions.

Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve their experience.

Marketing Support:

Assist in the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns.

Community Outreach:

Participate in community events and partnerships to promote the brand's presence and values.

Build positive relationships with local organizations and influencers.

Reporting and Feedback:

Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Share insights with the marketing team to enhance brand strategies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.

Enthusiasm for the brand and a passion for promoting its values and services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework in marketing or communications is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer-facing or brand ambassador role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The Brand Ambassador position may require standing, walking, and interacting with people at various events and locations.
