Experience:

Minimum one year monitoring diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies experience required.
License:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district required.

Certifications:

NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS required.
Must-Have:
Recent acute care experience required.

Description:

Must live 100 miles away.
The RN will monitor diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology studies.
Knowledge of micropace is helpful.
The RN should be willing to help educate staff.
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program is required.
A BSN is highly desired.
The cath lab team performs emergency and elective angioplasty and provides various therapies such as drug-eluting stents, electrophysiology, and pacemaker implantation.
The RN will fulfill the needs of patients, families, and the community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with current licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
