Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you’ll be an integral part of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians to care for patients living with kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, comfortable, high‑quality dialysis treatment to patients.
- Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients during treatment.
- Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
- Assist in interdisciplinary care planning and patient assessment activities.
- Ensure center staffing requirements are met in accordance with state regulations and under the direction of the Administrator.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
- An active nursing license in the applicable state.
- At least one year of current nursing experience (preferred).
- Experience in dialysis nursing (preferred).
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
