You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly, educate patients and caregivers, and follow HIPAA regulations while traveling to patient homes.
The role requires an RN license, BSN preferred, 3+ years wound care experience preferred; WOCN certification is a plus; mileage
