RN Supervisor

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate resident care plans, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will monitor clinical outcomes, support quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.
