Soleo Health is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse to provide direct patient care for infusion therapies in the home or alternate sites, with a focus on assessments, care planning and education. You will coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers and care partners to ensure safe, effective treatment.
The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has 3+ years of nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred, and is willing to participate in on-call rotations.
