North 10th Street Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service small animal (and exotics) practice in McAllen, TX, known for high-quality medicine, a strong reputation in the community, and a supportive, collaborative culture . We’re seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 5-doctor team. From new grads to seasoned docs, all experience levels are welcome!

Hospital Highlights:

  • 9 exam rooms, dedicated dental suite, and separate surgical suite
  • In-house diagnostics (IDEXX), digital radiography & dental radiographs
  • Ultrasound, endoscope, cold laser therapy
  • Acupuncture and optional exotics caseload (mentorship available)
  • Orthopedic services expanding, with equipment and training already in progress
Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary plus production bonuses - NO negative accrual
  • $110,000-$130,000 starting base salary
  • 20%+ starting production payout
