Compensation $65,000+ at plan

Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the home‑buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize our lead systems to identify and engage potential buyers, maximizing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful transactions.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a focus on buyer representation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage offers, inspections, and contracts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools to efficiently handle client interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and professional service.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team‑oriented setting.
