Purple Land Management seeks experienced Lease Buyer Landmen for active projects in the Barnett Shale/DFW Metroplex. Applicants must reside in or near the DFW, TX area and be prepared to travel to meet landowners, negotiate leases, and prepare documents for energy development.
Responsibilities include establishing contact with landowners, negotiating surface/sub-surface leases, educating landowners on terms, and providing reports to project managers and clients.
