What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality control.
• Supervise and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to foster growth and loyalty.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring the optimal use of resources and reducing waste.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and staffing to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Conduct regular staff briefings, ensuring communication and consistency across all teams.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude, fostering teamwork and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

What We’re Looking For:

• A dynamic, positive, and enterprising leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extensive experience in restaurant management, with a deep understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and make decisions under pressure.
• Proven track record in achieving profitability goals and maintaining high service standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of restaurant industry trends and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
• Experience with financial management, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory control.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range starts at $45k to $55K yearly
