What You'll Do

• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher efficiently and safely where applicable.
• Ensure all utensils, glassware, plates, cookware, and trays are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area at all times.
• Set up the dish room and dish machine before each shift and properly break them down after.
• Sanitize work areas continuously to prevent cross-contamination.
• Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways at the end of your shift.
• Follow all current food safety and hygiene standards.
• Arrive in full uniform with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Be open to cross-training opportunities for career growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for several hours at a time.
• Lift up to 20 lbs and handle repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working near heat, steam, and standard kitchen equipment.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
• Exposure to hot surfaces, steam, and sharp kitchen tools.
• Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
