Assistant Manager;

Non-Exempt

BASIC FUNCTION:

Greeting customers upon their arrival or departure from a dining area. Use of the following languages Irashemasee, Gladly and Arigato, is a must at all times, no exceptions..
Consistently evaluates premises for cleanliness in accordance with company standards
Always greet customers, guests, visitors with a smile.
Maintains a neat, clean and organized front-of-house environment.
Always provides excellent customer service.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Accurately uses and balances cash registers.
Maintain cash control over the register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
Always follows and maintains safety and health procedures;
Other Duties assigned.

Values teamwork and understands the importance of serving and helping others.
Always has a smile and is able to create and maintain eye contact.
Must be able to organize, plan ahead, and engage in positive conversations with our guests.
Must be at least 16 years of age

Physical Requirements:

Remain on your feet for several hours at a time;
Lift up to 20 pounds;

Bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently;

Authorized to work in the United states.
