Work as a team to create a fun and inclusive space for guests to enjoy the time they spend at Reserva Coffee Roasters. We honor the time and money our guests spend with us by giving them products and experiences they expect.

• Produce entire line of baked goods and any other production items as necessary.
• Ensure an understanding of minimizing waste in all products produced.
• Rotate product and raw materials using FIFO method.
• Understand proper use of all kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area at all times.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, work areas, containers and utensils as needed according to food safety standards.
• Be respectful and willing to serve and help customers and co-workers at any time.
• Prepare special orders.
• Perform inventory in kitchen and storage area at regular intervals.
• Delegate baking and prepping duties as necessary.
• Support coffee bar as barista as necessary.
• Promotes and practices safe work habits, identifies and resolves workplace hazards and documents any incidents or accidents at the store.
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked environment both behind the counter, in storage spaces, and customer areas and when necessary, report anything broken, missing, out of stock, etc.
• Act as a key player in the café's effort to provide amazing customer experiences.
• Successful completion of daily and long-term checklists, meeting work quality standards set by Café Manager
• Maintain knowledge of new coffees, seasonal items and retail promotions.
• Complete daily End of Day reports and register closing procedures with accuracy as necessary.
• Communicate important updates to Café Manager, Shift Leaders, Senior Baristas during shift changes.
• Look for opportunities to learn, test, and apply knowledge.
• Proactively communicate with team members and guests while maintaining productivity in all activities to ensure a swift and seamless guest experience.
• Understand guests needs using verbal and non-verbal cues to provide the best experience.
• Act with honesty and unwavering integrity to do the right thing at all times for guests, team members and the business.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• All other duties as assigned.

No previous experience required.

• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Ability to report to work at scheduled time every scheduled workday.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to change.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and productivity in times of high volume.
• Maintain professionalism at all times when dealing with co-workers and guests.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Food handler certificate required within 30 days of hire.
