Job Summary
As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You’re passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your preferred place, you also support the team and guests on the Sales floor as needed and represent AEO values while bringing your real self to work every day.
Responsibilities- Passionate about brand standards: A go‑getter who keeps product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
- Master the Stockroom:
Run the Stockroom efficiently by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized. - Innovative merchandising:
Identify opportunities, inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct issues. - Teamwork:
Always ready to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests. - Integrity:
Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and Sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; excellent priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
- Flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends.
- Prior experience in a stock‑related role.
- Starting pay determined by experience and location.
