Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Approach customers in a friendly manner to engage, determine needs, and assist in decisions about desired product or service.
• Inform customers of key product attributes to generate interest and build clientele.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by applying in-depth knowledge and customer service to the Fine Jewelry business.
• Actively and enthusiastically engage customers to support the company’s Instant Credit Application Process (iCAP).

• Participate in inventory processes (annual inventory, cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, Radio Frequency Identification scans, etc.).
• Participate in all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, and Defective Merchandise Transfer Out activities.
• Maintain sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment.

• Support company shrink and safety initiatives.
• Consistently meet established performance standards for the role, including the company’s iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Hold self-accountable to a higher standard to achieve results.
• Provide feedback, visibility, and recognition to the team.
• Develop positive relationships, establish strong networks, and communicate effectively with a wide audience.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations with energy and a positive attitude, coaching others through change.
• Demonstrate confidence and willingness to take on challenging assignments, dealing with conflict positively.

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.

• Competitive wage with 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and 10% commission for Service and Care plans.

• Paid holidays and additional compensation for store hourly associates scheduled on designated holidays.

Pay Range: USD $12.00/Hr – USD $12.00/Hr.
