Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Up to our average Retail Sales Representatives can make up to $50,000/yr - $60,000/yr but our TOP Reps can make up to $70,000+ per year!

• Guaranteed base pay of $15/hr, plus performance bonuses, where you can earn between $50,000 to $60,000 per year, TOP Promoters can make up to $70,000+ per year

• Approach and engage potential customers at big box retail stores and events
• Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations on a product of their choice
• Promote our company products and services
• Provide excellent customer experience

• Must have weekend availability
• Fun and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, genuine like for working with the public
• Retail and Customer Service experience welcomed
• Face to face marketing, brand ambassador, lead generation, or appointment setting experience – a plus
• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit
