Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and assessment of economic trends and community needs while leading the Vision Center team.

• Drive sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, inventory levels, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Provide guidance to Associates on customer/member service approaches, ensuring complaints and issues are resolved within company standards.
• Implement and promote community outreach programs and encourage Associates to serve as community members.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, asset protection, safety & quality control, and confidentiality of information.
• Provide supervision, training, mentoring, hiring, recognition, and development opportunities for Associates.
• Provide high‑quality eyewear services, including consultation, product selection, prescription verification, minor frame repair, and optical equipment maintenance.
• Uphold the Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, and suggesting resolutions.
• Coordinate job‑related activities, develop stakeholder relationships, set goals, measure progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote a culture of belonging, high‑performing teams, integrity, and continuous learning.
• Serve customers and members, apply EDLP and EDLC business models, and make data‑driven decisions while balancing short‑and long‑term priorities.
• Strive for excellence through curiosity, calculated risk‑taking, resilience, and adoption of new technologies.

• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

• Experience supervising associates.
