Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships;
Collaborate with the Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule as needed, implement operational directives, support interviewing and hiring for the store team;
Train operational staff on new policies and procedures and communicate with District/Region/Store Support Center partners;
Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandising adjacencies and presentations, signing and assortments to meet customer needs;
Complete all opening and closing procedures to company standards and comply with Time and Attendance policy
