• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, and manage seasonal production needs.
• Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement.
• Operate in flexible ways to meet business needs, support other areas, and help colleagues.
• Drive area performance, manage stocking and rotation of merchandise, enforce quality and date‑control standards, and eliminate waste.
• Provide member service, recognize member needs, assist in purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
• Serve as a brand advocate, inspire teamwork, and support training of new associates.
• Follow company policies, procedures, ethics, and the open‑door policy.
• Communicate progress, prioritize tasks, recommend improvements, and adapt to changes.

• Minimum: 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to support a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic food handling and safety training.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and digital tools.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, with premiums and benefits that meet or exceed legal requirements.
