Position: Part‑Time Stocker

At Northern Tool + Equipment, you will keep our retail stores organized and shelves full by unloading deliveries, moving product to the sales floor, maintaining visual presentation, greeting customers, and assembling displays and carry‑outs as needed. Customer service is a key expectation. Your positive and professional attitude contributes to our winning culture.

Open availability; part‑time position. Flexible availability for some weekends and holidays is required.

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and place products in the proper locations in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store‑front facing.
• Work backstock bins and top‑stock down.
• Assist customers with carry‑outs to vehicles and assemble products for customers or display.

• Previous retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer‑service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Service‑focused mindset.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Open availability for shifts.

• Competitive Pay: $13.00 – $18.90 hourly, personalized based on experience and location.
