• Provide member service and maintain the checkout area.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam’s Club products and services, and guide members on self‑service technology.
• Process purchases, handle payments, returns, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies and different membership and payment types.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, correct and report unsafe situations, and maintain entrance and exit areas.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and help transport items.
• Maintain documentation and logs, execute emergency response procedures, and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Train Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures, teach new technology and tool functionality, deliver new program roll‑out training, and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Handle returns, identify shrink and damages, and maintain the area in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed;

multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
