Leads, supports and values customer selling in both the in-store and online (ship to store) shopping experience;
Engages in a customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors (greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on, thanking each customer);
Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise assortment to boost basket size;
Executes Manager on Duty responsibilities (opening/closing, team supervision, etc.) and assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy;
Acts as a brand ambassador, modeling Kirkland's Home values and maintaining professional interactions with customers and coworkers
