The Ollie’s Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The role covers all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep with a focus on the assigned zone.
Key duties include ensuring zone merchandise follows visual standards, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, assisting with truck receipts and price tagging, and keeping the zone neat and organized. Evening and weekend work is required.
