Coag Sales Specialist
The position of Coag Sales Specialist drives instrument capital and reagent, consumable sales in the Coagulation product lines.
Your role :- Work closely with Diagnostic sales force to identify customers who are in the buying cycle for new Coagulation equipment. These targets will include both current customers as well as new prospect opportunities.
- Coordinate all sales opportunity-based activities including but not limited to technical presentations, financial proposals, customer references and site visits, positioning Siemens solutions versus competitive options, equipment demonstrations, contracting and negotiating, and working with customer throughout the implementation process when the sale is closed.
- Exhibit keen Customer Relationship Management skills utilizing Siemen's CRM systems to insure appropriate Sales Funnel Activity, Opportunity progression through the funnel, and Sales Forecasting. Will complete individual activity tracking and business review reporting as requested. Utilizes strategic account planning tools to communicate account strategies across organization.
- Cultivate long term relationships with key account decision makers ultimately insuring they are a referenceable account. In addition, develop and implement plans to exceed revenue/growth expectations, maximize customer profitability, and insure customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Work cross functionally with other team members from Marketing, the Technical Applications Organization, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Hospital sales experience
- Experience selling capital equipment, laboratory/diagnostic experience is a strong plus
- Experience using a CRM
- Experience using Miller Heiman is a plus
- Ability to travel 75%
- Ability to lead without authority
- Computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
- Candidates must reside in their respective territory.
This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
Base pay range$85,600 - $117,700
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
