Job Details
Total Kitchen Makeover and Total Home Organization are seeking marketing representatives to engage customers in The Home Depot stores. The role involves walking 5 hours a day, greeting customers, and presenting kitchen and closet renovation options.
PayHourly rate $13–$65 depending on leads generated. Bonus based on performance.
Schedule- Mon–Fri 10:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–8:00 pm
- Sat–Sun 10:00 am–2:00 pm and 2:00 pm–6:00 pm
Evening and weekend shifts available.

- Approach customers to inquire about kitchen, closet, and garage projects.
- Educate customers on kitchen remodeling and home organization plans.
- Schedule free in‑home design consultations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Driver’s license (required).
- Customer service experience 3 years (preferred).
- Pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work.
- Smartphone.
- Willingness to approach and educate customers in‑store.
- Active mobility—no desk work.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Willing to learn.
- Self‑motivated.
- Energized by talking with people.
- Passion to succeed.
