Meta Floater Sales Specialist

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Hours: 6 hours guaranteed per week; on‑call coverage hours can vary weekly.

Friday 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.;
Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Part‑time Meta Sales Specialist Floater role at a nearby retailer, responsible for recommending Meta products to shoppers, providing information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will receive full technology training.

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta gadgets to showcase how they can enhance daily life.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending appropriate Meta products.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and supporting a productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25‑equivalent OS.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, grab up to 20 lbs occasionally with continuous hand/eye coordination; accommodations available.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
