Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation:
    Provide expert insurance advice to prospective and current clients, addressing their coverage needs.
  • Policy Management:
    Assist clients in understanding and managing their existing policies, making changes as necessary.
  • Sales Goal Achievement:
    Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement strategies.
  • Community Engagement:
    Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency's services.
  • Follow‑up:
    Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirement
  • Licensing:
    Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in insurance sales is highly desirable, particularly in a customer‑facing role.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
